We just realized that this company has been charging us this $29.99 fee for something. I will be calling to find out but we haven't any clue what it was for. Not only this but I called a possible number included that has been charging us a bogus 39.95 monthly since July as well of 2012. It was strange for when I called the number on our visa it was 18883231749 and the other one was 1866 928 4064 but each had the same message with the same man on the other end of when their ours of operation is. Very strange.
