I ordered the trial sample of Rx Rejuvenex they sent me 3 bottles, I paid $4.99 for the shipping. I could not use it as it reacted with my other medication so I gave it to my sister to try. I called them at 1-800-443-2490 on 5/2/2013 to cancel membership on the last day of the trial. A customer service rep answered right away, my membership was canceled promptly and my card was not charged. I did not have to return the product either it was mine to keep. I had no problems with this company and do not believe it is a scam. Maybe the other people who ordered it did not call the right number or did not wait for a rep to answer, this company is getting bad complaints that is not true.
