Purchased 6 months of service on 4/29/13 for $32.28 USD. It was obvious in less than 24 hours that the site was a scam with ficticous profiles, email system was confusing and the site was full of malware/spyware and was causing issues with my PC. I sent a message to Customer Service/Billing on 4/30/13 (24 hours from purchase) to cancel and reimburse the charge. Pearlie Kriner from billing support responded in an e-mail asking why I wanted to leave and maybe she could help. She further stated she would make no change until she heard from me. I sent her an e-mail on 5/1/13 telling her the issues I had with her product and to cancel. She responded on 5/1/13 that the software was virus free and that issues that I had with the email system were unfounded. She further stated that I would not be charged anything additionally and I would have use of the account until 10/29/13 where after the account would simple expire. On 5/2/13 I tried to use the account and it would not work. Essentially, I was charged #32.28 for 2 days of use rather than six months.
