I needed to buy 11 tickets online, but 9 it's the limit. So I used 2 computers at the same time, I used the same credit card on both transactions and I got a message that I neede to contact my credit card bank. I did and I let them know of both purchases.An agent from volaris contact me like in 3 min. And I explain that I had call my credit card. But the volaris agent told me that they could only find one transaction. They charge me 200.00 dollars more because the air fair went up in 5 min. Do not ever use Volaris
