After purchasing the software within 2 days I filed for a complaint and asking for a refund from Rob Anderson. He was nowhere to be found. I had to filed a fraud activity through my bank but the bank said it take 10 business days for it to approve. I contact SWREG for a refund also but received an email saying we are contacting the software owner please wait patience for 2 days and if you don't receive a response please contact us back for a refund. After 4 days including 2 days weekend, sent out 4 emailed asking for a refund SWREG didn't even bother to response back to me. Now it has been 5 business days sent out another email requesting for a refund but receive no response. I tired and pissed at this company trying to scammed so many people. I hope this people is brought to justice. I was succumbed to purchase this software from JOHN CHOW DOT COM's blog. He freaking recommended to thousands of his readers sent out 3 emails promoting this scam just to make few hundred bucks. Way to go JOHN. In the webinar 15 people got scam of $997 and working relentlessly asking back for a refund. Some people paid with paypal so they got their money back much faster than I did. However, I purchase using my credit card, I should have use paypal for purchase. His software is a crap, is not even a software, is an access to a software. He even purchased a sales for everyone to proof that it was true. I hope we all can gathered around and sue this company and put this scammers to rest.
