Yahoo locked me out of my email account so I could not communicate with my neurologist. When I tried to contact them I was connected with Microsoft who said I had a virus in my computer and they had to fix it. This had to do with an old incident that happened with Microsoft a while back and I filed a complaint with the ADA on Microsoft.
Yahoo connected me with Microsoft when I called them today to question them about the problem. Microsoft tried to download viruses to my computer!
