I ordered the cream in a sample size for only 3.99 S & H. 30 days later they were to send me a usual size and charge 99.00. They deducted the 99.99 from my checking account and never mailed the cream. A few days ago I went online and I supposedly canceled my account. But, I am afraid on the 9th of May they may deduct another 99.99 from my account. I don't know what to do because I just want my money back and them not to be able to deduct from my account something I haven't received. Thank You for anything you can do to help
