My husband purchased one set of hot booties with a second free and of course shipping and handling was charged.I called the company when our credit card was charged $88.73 cents for what should have been $14.95 for both pairs including &7.95 S&H for each pair. We should have been charged a total of $30.85, however we were charged $88.73. We had to pay to return the items, however they only returned $49.96 to our credit card. Therefore,the company has received the merchandise back(brand new) and has kept $38.77 of our money for absolutely nothing. What a rip-off! Please do not order from this company unless they have given you a firm confirmation of the charges and return policy. By the way we received them and return them within 30 days well within the return policy.
