Platinum Financial. OC took a loan application from me with a down payment of $ 757.00. They were represented by a Mike Ruiz who took the payment then never returned by calls. He gave is phone number as (Fax) 949-861-6278, regular phone # as 818-510-3574. This has to be a scam and people need to know about it.

Hello Andrey, my situation with Platinum Financial is the same as your
After been pre-approved for a loan to finance the purchase of business
Equipment, I signed an application and sent them a deposit amount, soon
After they cash my check my contact person Tom Leonard send me few
Contracts with different terms and higher repayment amount than what the
Original agreement so I refuse to sign them, due to the fact that they didn't
Reflected the original terms at the end they kept my money and have refuse
To refund, I retained legal consul and send them a demand for the refund
Of my money but have refuse to do still.
I'm interested in knowing how many more people have been defrauded and mislead by Platinum Financial, OC. and at the end simply scammed by them.
