This is sooo funny to me, I actually came across this site whilst looking for a backdoor password to Tangowire for the very reason the last guy opened a complaint against this company.

I paid for a 3 month membership, which btw is like $50 now, what?
I met more porn bots and spammers than anything else. One lady had a photo of an actress on her profile, and being that I am in the industry I thought it strange, especially since the actress is dead!

My issue was that I finally said forget it, and let the premium membership expire. Well then Tango sends you 8 free emails a day, you can use these to contact members that are basic. Well this amazing woman pops up, and I email her, but she cannot reply to my email. So Tango says well she has reached her allotment of free emails so you would have to pay again if you want to email her. What?
Why add her to the free email list and then present her if i cannot get a reply from her, she cant even read the flippin email. Then the member sends a wink at me, so now I am REALLY annoyed because she is expressing interest (mind you assuming she is even real right, she may be a Tangowire setup profile). So I go back and forth with TW and they tell me well she was a great fit for you that is why she came up in the 8 email page, we cant control if they are nto able to read your mail blah blah blah. Well if she is such a great match, why on earth have I not ONCE seen this woman's profile in 3 months of searching? Now as soon as I cancel, the one girl I actually want to meet, I cannot contact. Well, of course unless I PAY again!
I even told them, I cant understand why they were making such a big mess over me sending 1 lousy email to a woman, unlock my account and give me access for FIVE minutes. They already extended it for me by a week as i was out of town, so this is not an issue for them to do obviously. I mean, to risk bad publicity (because you know I am blasting it on Twitter first thing Monday since that is when I pick a company to tear apart on my Twit feed) over something like this seems silly. Think of all of the people that are going to know about this and think, whoa ok, Match.com here I come. All they had to do was a simple customer service piece and say, yeah we will hook you up this one time, but dont tell everyone we did it because we dont want everyone asking etc etc.

I mean to me, if they are REALLY interested in making matches they would have extended this courtesy to me, just my opinion.
Obviously they are only interested in making money.
I get what capitalism is about, I have my own company as well and would go broke if I produced for free, but this is a stupid EMAIL. Let me find love (potentially) and give me a bloody email extension. Now because they want more money from me, they will get NO money from me, and will get the luxury of being my company of the month come May 1st and will likely NOT get the money of at least 1 of the 635 followers I have. And boy do they just LOVE to re-tweet, those trend setting little bugger follows of mine. <3
