Clicked on ad claiming to offer "free trials" pay only postage, at no point was there any small print regarding the fact that you had to let them know you didn't want the product within 30 days. I was away at the time, so didn't notice they took £89.66 from my account. They sent me a second sample and charged £85.66 for this. I had already told them I did not wish to receive any more product. As soon as I ws charged for this, I rang them and complained. They have refunded me for the second product, but refuse to give my money back, despite the misleading advertising, for the original "free" trial.
