Apparently none of you paid attention. You don't get a physical gift basket and all you need to do is ask to be billed later and have your bank account disconnected. The gift basket isn't an actual gift basket, it's a group of offers. You log into neat rewards.com and apply for the rebates. It's not the companies fault none of you listened to how this works. So pay attention. Also, the company number doesn't work, you need to call corporate at 1.800.247.1007 for the Phoenix area. They probably gave you two numbers to call. PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THINGS BEFORE POSTING COMPLAINTS ABOUT A BUSINESS.
