Update: I was scammed out of $30.49 from this bogus company. PayPal decided to rule in my favor (sort of) by saying that a refund would be issued IF I returned the worthless Hannah Montana tote bag back to China. That ended up costing $14.54 because PayPal requires that you provide tracking info. In order to do that, you have to send it by registered mail for an additional $11.50. I wrote a strongly worded email to PayPal requesting that the "seller" be required to pay return shipping costs due to overt deception on their part. If they don't, the only comfort I have in this situation is that the "seller" had to refund the original $30.49 even if I had to pay $14.54.
