They charged my account for the product. I never ordered and/or recieved and product from them. The bank and I are still dealing with this and it 9/30/2011!! They still claim I ordered it and cancelled it within a time frame that doesnt allow a refund. My card number had to be changed and I almost switched banks over these people!! The phone number is bogus too!
