Verizon Wireless agreed that they were over charging $10/month for about 12 months and refund within 7days about a month ago. I was expecting that refund to pay up my past due of 100+_ dollars. I found today that my service was suspended. I called in and found out the refund was denied by the supervisor a month ago. I asked why I did not get the notice. They told me that they sent a text to call Verizon. Anyway, I could not get my service back unless I pay 103 plus $60 reconnection fee for 4 lines. I asked for cancellation and
found out I have to pay $790 to terminate the services. Finally, they gave my $30 break on $60. Should I say thank you Verizon??
