I haven't used the insurance as of yet because I'm waiting on my benefit package to come, so I will know where the doctors are. Although they keep saying they will send it over email but jt's been 4 months.

- They sent mine through email...but there wasn't any benefits at all as it ended up covering nothing...everything they stated was not a covered benefit.

- Same here... waited for 10 months, can't access any files online. What the have now finally sent is a cheap, laser printed brochure... I still have no policy with a number on it... Total scam, taking legal action for selling service not fit for purpose...
