AOL have been charging me for Broadband for years. I never used AOL Broadband - I thought I was paying for three email addresses. Email addresses are free. I asked for my money back but AOL simply ignored me.
The earliest printed evidence I have is April 2007 but I'm sure they have been taking it since before 2000. All the deductions are from my AMEX account so I could get the evidence if need be.
