I saw this offer online advertising free trail for 14 days of liposlender and the cleanse, just had to pay shipping and handling for both one 4.94 and the other 1.95. I made this order on April 1 2013, it is now April 23 2013, i have not received my 14 day trial as of yet and was charged on April 15th $83.20 and $83.21, for product i was to try free for 14 days and have not received. I called on April 15 2013, the day the money came out of my account, cancelled the order and said i wanted my money back, as it was a scam i hadn't even received product and being charged. When i called and cancelled on April 15th i was told money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days.I called on the Friday, April 19th as money still not posted to my account. They advised me it may take a little longer depending on the bank. I called back on April 23, today and was told the money was never taken out of my acct that the transaction had been voided. I assured them the money was removed from my account on April 15th and has not been put back in as i have been watching my account. They are telling me i need to get a statement from bank proving money came out and did not go back in and to fax it to them. This company is a huge scammer and see i'm gonna be out my 160$. They need to be stopped so other innocent people are not ripped off. I should not have to jump through hoops to get my money back.
