I called into Customer Service on April 8, 2013 to notify them that I had tried their product once and it burned my face and hurt a lot,and the original code I was given was 10655990105953. I explained what happened and was told to return the product and I would not be charged anything more than the 1.99 each that had already been paid. I then ended up in the hospital and was not able to do so right away as I was under doctors care. I then returned home and sent the package out. Which was returned to me!! Then they took almost $70.00 for a trial bottles. Then I contacted customer service again and the lady (used loosely) told me that I was not going to get my money back under any circumstances and that they were going to take another $70.00 from my acct again. The first trial was only to be $1.99 each for Hydroxatone and $1.99 for the BellaPlex. She told me no more were coming but that I had to pay full price for the trial bottles. Charging me 70.00 each and not what was the agreement of $1.99 each!! This makes me feel like a scam was done to me and that they misrepresented the costs of their products. I am writing to complain about the uncaring Customer Service and the fact that I was misrepresented on what the tiny special prices were at 1.99 each and not $70.00 each or I would never have tried this product in the first place and the fact that it burns my skin. I cannot even use it if I wanted to. I am so angry at how I was treated that I will tell anyone I can what a scam these products are and that what they represent at the beginning is false statements, and that the product burns your face and they still charge 70.00 for something they say will be 1.99 per bottle.
