my husband and i asked for the alia law group with a foreclosure issue december of 2011 and the modification was set up april 2012. naomi catchings said our monthly payments would be 485.32 i was sending them 500.00 a month to round it off.i gte a letter from the lenders attorney because they want to sue us for foreclosure. they say we are behind four months. i called and asked why when i was sending more than what i thought were the payments . they said my payments were 684.29 a month including escrow. i told nationstar that i was not receiving my statements and they said they were being sent to alia law group and not being forwarded. now me and my husband oew all this money to nationstar by may 22 2013 or we will loose our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my husband is a quadraplegic i work 40 to 50 hours a week to pay the bills i want to know how drew alia sleeps at night anne hetrick
