anytime i called for their technical suport department they put me thrue their MANILA operation and they put me to another department and the other department they ask me for money to fix my computer and they give me all kinds of deals. I wish you give me an address in south east florida to see somone to show them what i have i cannot stay in the computer writting my life story or give me a telephone number that is in the u.s.a. not in india or philippine. thank you very much for your help
