We applied for a mortgage loan. We were told that they needed $400.00 Faith money. We told them it would not be in our checking account until May 1, 2013. She told us she would not do anything until then. On the 20 of April we check our bank statement on line and found out that she turned it in that same day. Money was taken out of our account. The checks we had out already and the money Quicken Loan took out left us overdrawn and 6 overdraft fees. She lied to us. We were up front and truthful with Quicken Loan, but they lied to us. This caused us much anxiety and problems with our bank. If they are doing this to us how many more people are they lying to. It is not right. We tried to call them back, left messages and no one responded to our calls. The person we talked to was Brittany LeComte. At the time she was very convincing to our finances. But in the end She lied.
