I stayed on march 02 2012, they ran my card gave me key to room, i booked for one night stay, i checked out next morning evreything was fine around two weeks later the company did a force pay on my card on mar.16,2012 i call and ask what the problem was he replied and said my card was declined i said how is that and i stayed. so the next week i took him my statement he refused to accepted and said he has to go by his system i made alot of calls to manger his name is dann he diddnt accept them from me,he attitude was very nasty towards me and he said he has already refunded my fund a month later but that was a lie it has been a year and all i get is runn around ,my name is zaneta (Personal Information Removed)
