Your employee came to my office yesterday and broke my printer, he did this right in front of me and said "oops" and then he told my employees that he broke the printer and he would tell his manager when he got back to the store. The employee changed his tune when he got back to the store and then the manager refused to replace the printer. After a few nasty telephone exchanges, the manager agreed to replace the printer. When we returned the broken printer, the manager refused to replace the printer with the extra tray and said I would have to pay for that. The manager also refused to give a credit for the old cartridges which now do not fit the new printer. On top of it the supervisor has been incredible rude to my office manager. The tech who came to my office, did not even set up the other printers properly and they STILL do not work. I was told we would get a refund for the serivce call and now they are refusing to give a refund. The cherry on the cake is that the employee walked in to my office and said, "Why didn't you just call me on my cell, I would have come and charged you less than Staples." Well the reason I didnt do that is because the last time he came it took him three trips to my office and it was NEVER done right even after three trips. So this employee who is hustling away Staples clients is considered to be trustworthy? I think not. I am disgusted at the whole affair. My printer should have been replaced as it was (with the second tray) and credit should have been given for the cartridges (or at least provide the new cartridges. In addition, the service fee should be refunded because he did NOT do what he was paid to do and I have already had to call someone else who cant come until Tuesday.
