I order my upper arch veneer with them and went through the same nightmare than everybody else.
The difference in my case is that when they first didn't send the product on time and I called them and they gave me all kind of stupid excuses, I went on line and found hundreds of complains for exactly the same reason.
IMMEDIATELY I contacted the claim department of my bank (Bank of America) and they issued me a transitory deposit of my money back while they investigate.
So I gave them all the information I could get from this company including websites like this one so the investigators could follow up.
I think that thanks to my fast action and the great service of my bank I am happy to say that Brighter Image lost it with me, because the evidence of the scam they are is too strong.
So I highly advice anyone who has been scam by them to contact immediately the claim department of your banks ,the bank that issue the credit card you used to pay them.It worked for me and I think it will help a lot of people.
Do not loose your precious time and energy fighting with them over the phone,because they are expecting you to do just that.
Call your bank right away,don't loose any minute because after a certain period of time the bank won't take your claim as valid and that is the only way to get your money back.
I wonder how is it that nobody jacked their website so they can't be on line stealing in such horrible way.

- Good to see someone was able to get out and get their money back....Many in the past present and future will have to endure these crooks for a long time. Hopefully these forums will help others to not get involved with Brighter Image or whatever name they decide to use.
