I signed an electronic agreement today stating I had been approved for an advance for $1000.00 I wss told to expect a call within the hour for confirmation. minutes later I recieved a call from a Jessica to confirm my loan for $450.00. When I inquired about the difference in amount. She stated Payday Mobility had purchased my loan from CAN IV, LLC. and I was only approved by them for $350.00. I asked for a supervisor , I was connected with Darcy Butts, who confirmed what Jessica had said. I declined this loan. A few minutes later I recieved a call from Sarah she said basically she same thing. I asked for her supervisor, she put Darcy back on the line. I then asked for Darcy's supervisor. She put Alex on the line. He is the most stupid person I have ever talked to. When I mentioned that this constituted internet fraud he hung up on me. I then called back and got Marsha i thier Buffalo, NY office and told her If I did not get my $1000 loan I would pursue action for breech of contract as well as internet fraud. She also hung up on me.
