I had filled up an online survey which offered a FREE GIFT at the end. They were all Collagenta products. I only had to pay $9.99 for shipping. Now I get my visa bill and see they have charged my visa card $148.82 which is un-ethical, fraudulent and a scam. Nowhere did it mention of the trial period of 14 days or Beauty ship program where they will ship me more junk and charge huge amounts every 30 days! This is a BIG SCAM! BEWARE!! They don't answer the phone and replied to my email that the trial period has passed and they will not refund my money.Big scammers and frauds! We should all get together and file a class action law suit and report it to the media too. Let us expose this big fruad and protect the rest of our friends.
