Contacted Roy Creamer, Jr., in early March. Took him 3 days to respond claiming his car got hit. Never showed up on March 9th, claiming this time, he needed a tire. Never showed up claiming he would rent a car.

Finally showed up after all of our food went bad, charged my mother a $200 deposit. I was not there.

Installed defective starter switch and was paid $130 balance. Refrigerator worked for one day. Texted him that refrigerator was not working. Put in another defective part.

Called three times asking where I could pick up my refund. Never had the courtesy to call back. Contacted BBB, who got no response from him.

My mother called one more time and he hung up on her. All calls can be verified through phone companies.

His father would be ashamed of him. He'd be there in 20 minutes after a phone call.

We had to buy a new refrigerator for $569.00 and am out that and the $330.00. I have photos of both rerigerators and have his crappy part.

I want my money back.
