this company collected a laptop and a ipod touch from a elderly lady they refused to give the items back tried to double the price then wouldnt give address so that the property could be picked up then they brought back the laptop not fixed properly but charged 90 pound and the i pod which was a brand new 32 gig was not returned instead they brought back a demolished 16 gig mess which upset the 12 year old who it belonged to his grandmother has phoned the police and they said because they returned the items nothing could be done even though the i pod was not the same one that they took it has been hard to track this company because they use diffrent names and diffrent address but phone numbers are always the same numbers which is 08454747634 they also have a fax number which is not connected also new numbers found for them that they are using is 01782 444 239 takes you through to a mobile do not give this company the time of day has you will loose out they are all asian and when asking for items back they double the price and mock you laugh and put the phone down they seem to like to target the elderly and single ladies
