It stated that Registration was free and that there was no obligation to purchase credits in order to complete the registration. But after completing the details I found that they charged my credit card with AUD$299.99.
I emailed them about this but they advised that I must have bought them because I entered my credit details. I asked them for a refund because I didnt want them, but the declined saying they were unable to refund Credits purchased.
I tried to go to their website to may be look at buying something but found their website had gone.
How do I go about getting my money back?
