I ordered the free trial drops and received them on the 14th day and was charged 89.95 the same day. What happened to the free 14 day trial? When I called the 800 number to cancel, I was told I would receive my refund after they received the unopened bottle. I returned the item and put a tracking number on it and watched it online, they received the package on 9/9/11. However they claimed to have not received it yet when I called the 800 number again on 9/13/11 and again I was told I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days. Well now it is day 13 and I have called and called and left messages and still no one answers or returns the call. And most importantly I still have NOT received my refund!!
