i was applying for a refinance on my home. i was told they needed 500.00 in advance i asked their represenitive pete rosewicz if a litigation by my condo association against the buider was a problem. i asked of him 3 times he replied it was no problem. i than agreed to give quicken loans my visa for the 500.00. than i found out by underwriting that this was a problem. i was mislead very badly and found their dealing with me unprofessional. as of this writing i still have not gotten my refund that they said they would give me back.
