I went to the Sears store in Uniontown Mall Pa, knowing the bathing suit top I wanted to buy. I was on a time limit so made my choice in a timely matter so I could pay at the register and still have plenty of time to make my appointment! After standing at the register in the womens department with no service, I rushed down to the mens department! There I found no one there and got no service. I then had to walk to the other end of the store where they sell the tools and lawn mowers to TRY and buy a bathing suit top! At this register they could not figure out the price of my purchase. They called the women that should of waited on me in the womens department, now at least 10 minutes later for a price. She could not get one. So, I walked back down to the other end of the store only to find out that the product that i wanted to buy was not in the system! After all this time I could not purchase my product and had to put it on hold! Not a very good shopping experience at all. I will make sure i let everyone know not to go to SEARS on their lunch break!
