Tried to set up calling account for someone in parish jail.I was charged a monthly fee of $29.99. Add on a one time set-up fee and a one time activation fee and it totals $65.13 for a screwing. Called the jail phone provider SECURUS and was told by them that this fraudulent company overides their online application. They suggested to wait until it posts to your credit card account and dispute the charges. Did this today and the charges were removed and a complaint was automatically filed. SECURUS real # is 1-800-844-6591 if this helps.
