I purchased a prepaid code for 2100 Microsoft points from this site at a cost of £14.95 ($22.84) only to find the code I received had already been redeemed. I contacted the website via there own contact us procedures, several times, and received no reply. I contacted Microsoft support and they informed me the my code had been redeemed on 09/12/2012 over 6 months before I made my purchase
