I just spoke with a HP technitian about a problem with my destop less than a year old. If fact I purchased an extended warranty yesterday that allows them to come to my home for repairs. What they dont tell you is a home visit costs 200 dollars. Cheaper to restore your hard drive. He never even looked at my computer remtely. SCAM ARTISTS. He was very boistrous and demanding. Must be commissioned.This company is terrible. Never again.Mind you its the 2nd best one made.
