The morning of 4/13/2013 I registered with bsavings.com to receive coupons, free stuff and so on. After registering for coupons a page came up on their site (before I could get coupons) about items I could get. The first one was to play a game - absolutely free, it said, they would give me 25 free plays, so I had some time and I clicked on it. It immediately sent me to Zbiddy.com - a auction site. Sure enough it said I had 25 credits to use on their site - Zbiddy. Wasn't sure how it worked so I bid on one item, and it used one of my credits. Finding out it was not really a game I expected, I decided to go on an use the 25 credits up. I bid again on the same thing and lost that auction as someone out-bid me at the last secound. So I then bid on a Bed Bath and Beyond $10.00 gift card with 1 credit, and I won it. So I tried to retrive it before I would continue on with bidding. Said I had to enter a credit card, so I figured I had to, to get. Alot of sites will let you put your information in and keep on file for purchases later. At the most I may have to payfor shipping. Well when i put card information and clicked to continue to the next page, they charge me with $79.00 for 235 bid packs and .03 for the gift card, totaling $79.03. I was shocked, I did not select to get them, or pay anything for the gift card. On that site they have live chat, but at that time (it was early in the a.m.)it said no one was available. And in looking further it said they only have Customer service hours Monday thru Friday Central time and a phone number listed of 1-888-669-1976. In calling no one answered. So I left a message for the bank it was taken from. I hurried up an sent them an email explaining the situation, to both my bank (because online I could not stop payment on debit purchase, only if it was a check) and with zbiddy, that I felt conned from the very start of this whole matter. Later in the P.M. of that day 4/13/2013 I received an email stating they had customer service hours on Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, so I hurried an called not wanting to wait until Monday. I spoke with a man named Geffory, he first said they would NOT issue a credit, then later said he would refund half of the amount and give me a voucher for $100.00 free gasoline. I explained I was conned, and wanted the whole amount refunded. That they were a big Company and that was bad business practices. He then said he would and gave me a confirmation number of the credit, (that I can provide), and that to expect it in 3 - 5 business days. Well this morning Monday 4/15 the amount was taken from the account, as it had been pending. Then I received an email much later today stating I would receive a full credit in 5-7 business days. I don't believe that will happen at all. It was a foreign person I was speaking to, and he seemed to know me when i called, and was too quick in giving me a confirmation number and never heard him do anything on the other end of the line. Zbiddy's phone number is 1-888-669-1976. And want to make people aware of the practices of both Companies: BSavings.com and Zbiddy.com and try and get my money back. I have made copies of the invoice, they cahrged me, the emails, and the confirmation number. I would like my 79.03 and personal damages caused.

  • The phone number for Zbiddy is listed wrong in the original complaint, but have listed them correctly in the update, below.
Also today 4/16/2013 a credit of $79.00 was credited with an email the other .03 cents will be too, no mention of the $10.00 Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card I WON, that was to be FREE.
BSAvings sends you to ZBiddy after registration with them, telling you, you have 25 free credits, to play free, and is absolutely free.

  • The exact same thing happened to me this morning except I was directed there through Inbox dollars.com. I used one of 25 FREE bids..won something for 1 penny and was charged $79. I called the company, spoke with a foreign gentleman wh said they could not refund but in my case, he would only charge my card 1/2 and send me a gas voucher for $100. I am so upset! I should have known it was a con, but there was NO mention of the $79 dollar amount.
Has anyone been credited? He also told me they don't keep Credit info on file, but I'm still worried that they will keep charging to my credit card.
