I ordered a 1 year gold subscription to XBOX live. I first received an instant email stating that my order had been received. A couple of minutes later, I received another email that stated my order was now complete and the code had been delivered by email to me. I never received the email that they stated had been sent. I went back to the webset and submitted a support ticket, which is still open. I also sent their support staf an email from there website, which states that they will get back to you within 48 hrs. I still have not heard anything back from them.
