to date they have not refunded my money and refuse to give me an address and phone # so I can contact them.
Refund for 314.71
The dress is very poorly sewn and not anything like the dress we ordered.

Neither option is acceptable. 1. Alteration costs will be higher than the refund. 2. There is not enough time allowed in case of another error on a dress.

I request a full credit of $314.71 on my visa card. This includes the cost of the dress ($299.56) plus ($15.15) in gst that we paid when delivered.

Please kindly notify your sales manager of my request. I will be including VISA on our email conversations to expedite the refund owing.

Our dresses are handcrafted according to pictures and upon customers' requirements, some differences may exist, which is stated in our confirmation email.
Hope you can understand.

To show our sincerity and according to our sales manager office, here are two opinions:
1. We will apply for 50% of dress price back to your card immediately and you can keep the dress.
After alteration, the dress will fit you better.
2. We could make a new dress for you for free and deliver it to you as soon as possible.
And attachment is some real pictures of dresses which tailors are very proficient with.
You can choose one of them or any other one in our site.

To whom this may concern: I request a full credit of $314.71 on my visa card. This includes the cost of the dress ($299.56) plus ($15.15) in gst that we paid when delivered.

Unfortunately the dress we received has several issues which you will see listed below and we have included pictures of your dress, as well as pictures of the original dress produced by LaFemme.

We have listed the errors on your dress and have explained the discrepancies between your dress (IBUYDRESS.COM) and the original designers dress throughly.

Your customer service staff member (found online at IBUYDRESS.COM) explained to me you will reply to this email within 12 hours. My daughters grad is in 3 weeks, this refund needs to be expedited quickly.

I will contact Visa to notify them of the credit that is due.

1. CRISS CROSS ROUCHING ISSUE

ORIGINAL DESIGNERS DRESS:
the criss cross rouching goes from the top of the bodice down to the bellybutton of the dress.
IBUYDRESS.COM DRESS:
-your criss cross rouching starts at the mid section of the breast, causing the top of the bodice to sag
-bottom of the rouching stops below the breast causing a "pillow" to form at the tummy (should be flat)

2. TIES LOCATED ON THE BACK OF THE DRESS ISSUE

ORIGINAL DESIGNERS DRESS:
ties are 3 feet long, and are one continuous piece of fabric on each side on the back of the dress.
IBUYDRESS.COM DRESS:
-Ties are poorly sewn. unevenly matched when sewn to side panels
-Ties are 7 feet long
-instead of each tie being one continuous piece of fabric they have two pieces of fabric sewn together which causes bunching of the tie fabric on the back, instead of a smooth line

3. ZIPPER ISSUE

ORIGINAL DESIGNERS DRESS:
-zipper is located on the side of the dress allowing a clean look to the back of the dress.
-clip closure at top of zipper which stops the dress from coming open
IBUYDRESS.COM DRESS:
-zipper is not finished at the top and is sewn higher then the top of the dress material, so it sticks out which makes it extremely visible.
-Zipper is placed on the back of the dress directly above the bum. so the fabric on the back of the dress pulls causing the liner to show because of the incorrect zipper placement.
