I ordered and received a Lil'Rider FX3 Wheel Battery Powered Bike. No charger was sent. The battery therfore can not be charged. My problem is it wont run now because the battery needs to be charged. I can not locate a number or address to tell them about this problem. I hop you can resolve this for me.
