THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED PROVIDES AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT REPEATS OVER AND OVER AND NEVER CONNECTS. THE WEB SITE HAS INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND NO INFO ON AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN.
I HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL MAKING USE OF THE NO NO HAIR REMOVAL DEVICE.
I HAD HARASSED MY HUSBAND TO GET IT FOR ME AND IT IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
PLEASE REFUND HIS PURCHASE PRICE ASAP.
