I bought US VBA for paypal but it was not being verified. It was showing That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each bank account may only be assigned to one PayPal account. Please use a different bank account.
It means they gave me used bank account. But when I tried to chat with them, they just ignored site chat and ended chat.
