I purchased a package of Return flights, 3 days 2 nights stay at Phuket Tropical Resort worth RM532.00.Transaction ID:73002732800
Order No: 507957 cece5c2 on 13.10.2012.This package deal can be redeemed from 16 Nov.2012-31 Jan.2013.On 10.1.2013, I received an email from StreetDeal regarding about the package deal being unable to be delivered by the Absolut Inspira Pte Ltd and was asked to submit the debt form which I had done and sent through email to the address attached.Weeks passed and I tried to send again and made a request to the StreetDeal to help with this claim but no respond from them.
I posted the debt form via A.R Registered letter to the company in Singapore on 26.2.2013 and it was sent back to me with the reason,"No such person and address" after two weeks. I tried to call the StreetDeal Customer Support but was repeatedly mentioned to hold on as all the Customer Service Officers were busy. After waited about half an hour, I gave up. I sent another email to StreetDeal 3 days ago regarding this matter but still no repond. I wonder this StreetDeal Malaysia Sdn Bhd is really existing as it is so irresponsible and unreliable.
