Blue Coast (Wyatt Miller and or Steven J. Muehler) approached our Company saying that an analyst had recommended us to them. When asked which one they did not know. They asked for a business plan and came back with a term sheet to invest $5 million for a portion of the company plus a board seat. Plus they would take us public on the OTCQB. They asked for money upfront which we declined. They strung us along for the next few months totally tying us up and then suddenly disappeared.

- Steven J Muehler, aka Wyatt Miller, with blue coast securities lives in Boca Raton Florida, and has defrauded us as well as other companies this Month. Please call your local Police department, and file a compaint of wire fraud. also registr a complaint with the US Attorneys office in California. you can reach me at (Personal Information Removed) for more information.
