I Signed up with them for cheaper electric.
They promised me 8.3 cents per Kilowatt as a fixed rate.
This is a full cent cheaper than I was paying.
They hiked it up to 12.49 cents a KW!
Way above market rate. However you can't switch in middle of a month and they won't tell you your new rate till the bill prints after the fact!
It took me two months to get out.
DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY!
I called them to complain and they had some guy call me back and play for me the T&Cs and me saying "Yes"
So they will not give one penny back!
