Hello,
I was getting money from bancomat on 12 October 2012, bancomat had broken and it did not give my 300 Euro. Bank employees said that they sent my money. But Turkish Bank Asya said that there is no money coming from Venice. It happened six mounths. I am a student in Venice and i will go back to Turkey after 2 months. Please, can you help me about this situation?
