I wrote a response to someone else who was scammed by this company also, but here is what happened to me:
I was charged large amounts of "fees” that I was not told about, and money was debited from my account without authorization. This is stealing! They should not be able to get away with this but do because they pose as a legit company. Everything they steal from you is defined as "fees" and no one has investigated or tried to stop them.
Prolific Business Solutions is a scam. Be very careful if you decide to use them. Do some additional research too. There are more and more people speaking out about them and this should raise more awareness.

- I'm in the middle of a similar situation with them. I called and asked them to put my account on hold while we relocated our business and was told no they would still charge me "fees". They ran my bank account until it was so far in the negative I had to close it and racked up $371 in "fees" over 6 months. I reopened the business and called to update all my new info and started processing again not knowing about the $371 that hadn't been paid. A month later none of the funds I have processed have been deposited which is over $1500 because they are holding my account until the $371 is paid! If you're holding $1500 just take the $371 and deposit the rest. Well for 2 weeks I've been on the phone nonstop with them and everyday I get the run around with the manager telling me they are going to deposit the money by the end of the day and every day the money is still not there. This company is rediculous and I will never use them again!!
