Like the other complainant, Rachel Watkins said she is to be deployed to Afghanistan so she needed to sell a Segway quickly. She listed a price of $1500. After the money was wired to her, she claimed to need an additional $1000 for shipping insurance. She insisted on using Google Checkout for payment, and even gave me a transaction number. I have since contacted Google Checkout and was told the number was a phony number. If anyone knows how to get a hold of her, please email me at (Personal Information Removed). Thanks.

- Doesn't the bottom of every listing on craigslist have the warning: "Avoid scams, deal locally! Do NOT wire funds (Western Union, Moneygram). Beware cashier checks, money orders, shipping, non-local buyers/sellers."?
