Customer Compalaint:

I want to first say, I'm not a burger eater, nor a fast food chain; however, I was impressed with your new Turkey Burger.

I have tired the new entree several times. Nonetheless, I have had two unimaginable, visites to one of the stores which, carry your brand name, "Burger King."

I once entered the store and the assistant manager, (no, I don't know his name, but there are two African American gentlemen in some higher mangagement position. I do remember the younger, shorter gentleman, had an open register draw sitting on top of the counter, and proceeded to wait on my granddaugther and I. Asking that the register be put away, the younger shorter, gentleman informed me, "They got get through me." speaking of himeself.
I requested the cash drawer be removed, and that was not his reasoning and took my and my grandchilds' order.
Once we got the merchandise and left it was wrong. I shuddred the entire episode off.

Today April, nineth, I arrived at the drive through window, and requested a Turkey Burger, no mayo, mustard only. Again, I received the incorrect order.
! Whooper, onion rings. I returned in genuine frasturations! First, I was told to stop screaming, I said, ok, I not an ignorant, uneducated individual and I am the CUSTOME. "you, will stop hollering at me," said the Shorter assistant. I repeated to the assistant Manager, "I am the customer."
I requested my money back, and voiced my opinion that I could go to T.G.I.F. and order with better attitudes.
The assistant manger, spoke to a taller, gentleman and they spoke softly, and NO! I've still frustrated.
Even in my frustrations, I simply believe that CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP lacks within this envirnment. BLAB! BLAB!!!
