these people took four payments totally unauthorised from my account for a free sample of thier cream and serum i gave them my card details to take the shipping charges but they took £83.80 and £99.99 out of my account on february 25th and 26th and another £87.79 and £105.98 on 11th march 2013.a total of £377.56 I am dissabled and exist on benefit, how am I to pay for this i recieved the so called FREE SAMPLE but nothing else nor do i want anything else from them! i wouldnt have gone for the SO CALLED FREE SAMPLE IF Id known that this was the fraud that it is there are no words i can use to describe how disspicable and low con artists and fraudsers like this are. Knowing what theyve done to me makes me feel sick. if this is what they do how can you trust them and put theyre cream on your face? dont just want my money back i NEED my money back its money i havnt got and will take me months to pay off my credit card

I too fell victim to this scam. They advertise that you will receive samples of Idrotherapy and Oil of Argon, which I did. Then a few months later and whilst I was on holiday they sent a further 2 samples of each and deducted the following from my bank account
11/07/13 Argon - £41.90
11/07/13 Idroptherapy - £74.99
27/0713 - Argon - £89.79
25/07/13 - Idrotherapy - £103.98.
How can they justify taking £310.66 from my bank account for 4 pathetic little samples.
I intend to take this further. -
